You need a PIN to call the advice line.
You can find and manage your PIN in Atlas before you call.
Step 1: Find your advice line PIN in Atlas
Log in to Atlas.
Go to the top right corner of the screen.
Click the bell icon.
In the notification panel, look for your advice number and PIN options.
You will see options to:
View your current advice PIN.
Change your advice PIN.
Step 2: View your current PIN
In the PIN section, click the eye icon.
Your current PIN will appear.
Notes:
If you have never changed your PIN, the default PIN is 1234.
You must change your PIN at least once before you call the advice line.
This keeps your PIN private and secure.
Step 3: Change your advice PIN
In the same PIN section, select Change Advice Pin.
Enter a new PIN.
Confirm the new PIN if asked.
Save your changes.
After you change your PIN, use this new PIN whenever you call the advice line.
Step 4: Call the advice line
Once you have changed your PIN at least once:
Call the advice line on 0345 234 0404.
When asked, enter your PIN.
