If you have been authorised as an individual that can call and speak to our advice lines, then you should be able to see your personal advice number when you log into Atlas – this will be in the top right corner of your account by clicking the telephone icon.
You can contact the Health & Safety team by calling 0345 844 4848 Choose option 1 to speak to our advice line. You will be asked to input your Advice number and unique PIN, then choose option 2 to be put through to our Health & Safety advice team.
