Atlas ISO allows you to enhance your Policy and Process documents by embedding images, such as diagrams, flowcharts, or photographs.
Before you begin Make sure your image is saved in a supported format: JPG, PNG, or GIF. Keep file sizes reasonable (under 5MB) to ensure documents load quickly for all users.
Steps to add an image:
Open the ISO module from the left-hand menu.
Navigate to the Policy or Process document you want to edit.
Click Edit to open the document editor.
Place your cursor in the document at the point where you want the image to appear.
Click the Insert Image icon in the editor toolbar (it looks like a small picture frame).
Choose one of the following options:
Upload from your device β browse and select a file from your computer
Paste a URL β if your image is hosted online, paste the direct link
Once inserted, you can resize the image by clicking on it and dragging the corner handles.
Click Save when you're happy with the document.

Use flowcharts to illustrate process steps
Add annotated screenshots to support procedural guidance
Keep images relevant and labelled where possible to help with audits
β οΈ Note: Images added to documents are included in version history. If you update an image, previous versions of the document will retain the original.
