To give a team member access to your ISO module in Atlas, follow the steps below.

Step 1 — Go to User Management Log in to Atlas and navigate to User Management from the left-hand menu.

Step 2 — Find or create the user Search for the employee you want to add. If they don't yet have an Atlas account, you'll need to create one for them first. See How do I add a new user? for guidance on this.

Step 3 — Open their profile Click on the employee's name to open their user profile.

Step 4 — Assign ISO access Scroll to the Permissions section of their profile. Locate the ISO module and toggle access on. You can assign one of the following roles:

  • ISO Viewer — can view documents, tasks, and certificates but cannot edit

  • ISO Editor — can upload, edit, and manage ISO documents and templates

  • ISO Manager — full access including approvals, user permissions, and consultancy checklist

Step 5 — Save changes Click Save to apply the permissions. The user will now be able to access the ISO module when they next log in.

💡 Tip: If the user cannot see the ISO module after permissions have been set, ask them to log out and back in to refresh their access.
