If a team member needs access to your ISO or Quality Management System (QMS) in Atlas, you can manage this through the permissions settings.

Who can grant access? Only users with the Admin or ISO Manager role can update ISO/QMS permissions.

Steps to grant access:

  1. Go to Settings in the left-hand navigation.

  2. Select User Management and find the relevant employee.

  3. Open their profile and navigate to the Permissions tab.

  4. Under the ISO / QMS section, select the appropriate access level:

    • View only β€” suitable for employees who need to read policies and procedures

    • Editor β€” suitable for those responsible for maintaining documents

    • Manager β€” suitable for those overseeing the full ISO system, including approvals and audits

  5. Click Save.

The user will see the ISO/QMS module the next time they log in.

Removing access To revoke access, follow the same steps and toggle the permission off, then save.

πŸ’‘ Need to add multiple users at once? Contact the Atlas Support team β€” we can help with bulk permission updates.
