You can update your ISO process documents in Atlas to keep your information accurate and compliant. Follow these steps to edit any process document.


Step 1: Locate the Document

  • Log in to Atlas.

  • Go to the “ISO Process Documents” section.

  • Use the search or browse feature to find the document you want to edit.


Step 2: Open the Document for Editing

  • Click on the document title to open it.

  • Look for the “Edit” button or icon (usually at the top right or in the document menu).

  • Click “Edit” to enter editing mode.


Step 3: Make Your Changes

  • Update the text, tables, or attachments as needed.

  • Ensure your changes follow ISO requirements and your organisation’s procedures.

  • Double-check for accuracy and completeness.


Step 4: Save and Submit

  • Click “Save” to keep your changes as a draft.

  • If you are ready to publish, click “Submit for Approval” (if required by your workflow).

  • Wait for approval if your organisation uses a review process.


Step 5: Confirm Updates

  • After approval, check that your changes appear correctly in the document.

  • Notify relevant team members if necessary.


Tips

  • Only users with editing permissions can make changes.

  • If you cannot edit, contact your Atlas administrator.
