You can add TOIL for employees only if:
You have the correct role.
The TOIL function is enabled in the employee’s settings.

Line Managers
Service Owners
If you do not see TOIL options, contact your system administrator to confirm your role and permissions.
TOIL setting requirement
The TOIL function must be enabled in the employee’s settings.
If it is not enabled, you will not be able to add accrued or requested TOIL for that employee.
