What happens if I keep getting error messages trying to log in?

Error Messages and Account Lockouts

  • If you exceed the number of allowed attempts, wait 10–15 minutes before trying again.

  • If you see ‘Your Account is Locked’:

    • Take a screenshot of the message.

    • Email the screenshot to [email protected] and request your account to be unlocked.

  • Access removed by your Service owner – if you believe this is in error contact them to reinstate access.

  • Incorrect details. Check these and re-enter and try again. Click show password check box on login page to check password is correct.
