Error Messages and Account Lockouts
If you exceed the number of allowed attempts, wait 10–15 minutes before trying again.
If you see ‘Your Account is Locked’:
Take a screenshot of the message.
Email the screenshot to [email protected] and request your account to be unlocked.
Access removed by your Service owner – if you believe this is in error contact them to reinstate access.
Incorrect details. Check these and re-enter and try again. Click show password check box on login page to check password is correct.
