Account Security Features
Verification Codes: You must enter a 6-digit code sent to your registered email when resetting your password.
Account Lockout: Too many failed login or verification attempts will temporarily lock your account.
What Happens If You Are Locked Out
You must wait 10–15 minutes before trying again.
If you see a “Your Account is Locked” message:
Take a screenshot of the message.
Email the screenshot to [email protected] and request your account to be unlocked.
Tips to Avoid Lockouts
Always use the most recent verification code email.
Double-check your email address before submitting.
