If you use both Citation Cyber and Atlas (HR/H&S/ISO), you no longer need to log in to two separate portals. Now, you can access Citation Cyber services directly through Atlas if you use the same email address for both accounts.
How the Integration Works
If you have the same email address for both Citation Cyber and Atlas, you will be automatically detected as the same user.
You can access Citation Cyber services from:
A menu item in Atlas (last item in the menu list)
The Citation Cyber widget (bottom right of the Atlas screen)
Important Information
No Back Navigation: You cannot navigate from Citation Cyber pages back to Atlas pages. Keep both tabs open to use both services. If you close the Atlas tab, you must reopen it to access Atlas again. You may need to log in again.
Logout Process: You must log out separately from both Atlas and the Citation Cyber portal.
User Management: User management remains separate in Atlas and Citation Cyber. If you need access to both, make sure your email address matches in both systems. Each portal requires its own user setup.
What You Need to Do
Make sure your email address is the same in both Atlas and Citation Cyber.
If you want to change your Citation Cyber email to match Atlas, email [email protected].
If you want to change your Atlas email to match Citation Cyber, email [email protected].
You will be informed when you can access Citation Cyber through Atlas, either by email or a welcome message.
