If you need to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Atlas, please follow the steps below:
Contact Your Employer
Reach out to your employer or system administrator and request that they reset your MFA on Atlas. Once this has been activated it would look like this:
Download the Google Authenticator App
Once your MFA has been reset, download the free Google Authenticator app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), if you haven’t already.Log Into Atlas
The next time you log into Atlas, you will be automatically redirected to a setup page. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your new MFA.[Insert screenshot of the MFA setup page here]
Enter the Authentication Code
After setup, each time you log into Atlas, you will be prompted to enter a code generated by the Google Authenticator app.
