How to Send Login Details to Contractors
Make sure the contractor’s email address is correct.
Click the Actions button and select Send Login Details.
The contractor will receive an email with portal access instructions.
What Contractors Can Do in the Portal
Log in to complete assigned PQQs.
Upload required evidence documents.
Sign policies or agreements.
View their compliance status.
How Contractors Can Reset Their Portal Password
Contractors can click Forgot Password on the portal login page.
They will receive an email with instructions to reset their password.
If they do not receive the email, check the spam folder or contact your support team.
