Overview
You can sign in to the Atlas mobile app using your company’s Single Sign-On (SSO). This lets you use the same credentials and MFA as your other corporate apps.
Before You Start
Make sure:
Your organisation has enabled SSO for Atlas.
Your Atlas account is linked to your work email.
You know your usual company login details and MFA method.
If you are unsure, contact your internal IT team.
Steps to Log In with SSO (Mobile App)
Open the Atlas mobile app on your device.
On the login screen, enter the work email address associated with your Atlas account.
Based on your organisation’s settings:
If SSO is optional (not forced), you will see login options.
Select “Continue with Single Sign On (SSO)”.
If SSO is forced, you will be redirected directly to your organisation’s identity provider (IdP) login page.
On the IdP login page:
Enter your company email/username.
Enter your password.
Complete any required MFA steps.
After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to the Atlas app and signed in automatically.
Tips
If your device already has a session with your IdP (for example, via another corporate app), you may be signed in without entering your password again.
Always select your work account when prompted, not a personal account.
