1. What is Single Sign-On (SSO) in Atlas?

Single Sign-On (SSO) lets you access Atlas using your existing corporate credentials instead of a separate Atlas-specific username and password.

When SSO is enabled for your organisation, you:

  • Sign in to Atlas using your usual company login

  • Use the same identity provider (IdP) you already use for other internal systems

This reduces the number of usernames and passwords you need to manage and keeps your login process consistent.

2. Supported identity providers (IdPs)

Atlas supports logging in with your normal corporate credentials through your organisation’s identity provider (IdP), such as:

  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

  • Okta

  • Google Workspace

Your IT or identity team controls which IdP you use and how it is configured.

3. Who can use SSO with Atlas?

You can use SSO with Atlas when:

  • Your organisation has enabled SSO for Atlas

  • Your Atlas user account is linked to your company email/identity

If you are not sure whether SSO is enabled, contact your internal IT team or Atlas administrator.

4. Why use SSO with Atlas?

Using SSO with Atlas gives you:

  • A familiar sign-in process

  • Fewer passwords to remember

  • Consistent security policies across your tools
