How to Add a New Contractor
Go to Contractor Management > Contractors > Add New.
Enter the contractor’s details, job information, and main contact.
Add an email address to give the contractor access to the portal.
Click Save to add the contractor to your records.
How to Edit Contractor Details
Find the contractor in the list.
Click the Edit button next to their name.
Update any details as needed.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
How to Remove a Contractor
Locate the contractor you want to remove.
Click the Delete or Remove button next to their name.
Confirm the removal when prompted.
Note: Removing a contractor will delete their records from your system.
How to Assign Portal Access
Make sure you have entered the contractor’s email address.
Use the Actions button to send login details.
The contractor will receive an email with instructions to access the portal
