How to Add a New Contractor

  • Go to Contractor Management > Contractors > Add New.

  • Enter the contractor’s details, job information, and main contact.

  • Add an email address to give the contractor access to the portal.

  • Click Save to add the contractor to your records.

How to Edit Contractor Details

  • Find the contractor in the list.

  • Click the Edit button next to their name.

  • Update any details as needed.

  • Click Save to confirm your changes.

How to Remove a Contractor

  • Locate the contractor you want to remove.

  • Click the Delete or Remove button next to their name.

  • Confirm the removal when prompted.

  • Note: Removing a contractor will delete their records from your system.

How to Assign Portal Access

  • Make sure you have entered the contractor’s email address.

  • Use the Actions button to send login details.

  • The contractor will receive an email with instructions to access the portal
