How to Add or Edit Evidence Documents

  • Click Manage Evidence for the relevant contractor.

  • Upload required documents such as insurance certificates or training records.

  • Edit or replace documents as needed.

How to Upload Documents for Signature

  • Click Manage Document > Add Document for the contractor.

  • Upload the policy or agreement that needs a signature.

  • The contractor will be notified to sign the document.

How to Track Document Status

  • Check the document status on the contractor’s profile.

  • Statuses include: Pending, Signed, Expired, or Approved.
