Click Manage Evidence for the relevant contractor.
Upload required documents such as insurance certificates or training records.
Edit or replace documents as needed.
How to Upload Documents for Signature
Click Manage Document > Add Document for the contractor.
Upload the policy or agreement that needs a signature.
The contractor will be notified to sign the document.
How to Track Document Status
Check the document status on the contractor’s profile.
Statuses include: Pending, Signed, Expired, or Approved.
