Pop-up blockers in browsers like Samsung Internet or Firefox can prevent Atlas training modules from opening. Follow these steps to allow pop-ups on your device.
For Samsung Internet
Open the Samsung Internet app.
Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the bottom right corner.
Tap Settings.
Tap Sites and downloads.
Tap Block pop-ups.
Make sure Block pop-ups is turned off.
For Firefox on Mobile
Open the Firefox app.
Tap the Menu button (three dots) in the bottom right corner.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down to Privacy and Security.
Tap Enhanced Tracking Protection.
Make sure Pop-up Blocker is turned off.
For Other Browsers
Look for settings related to Pop-ups or Site Permissions in your browser’s settings menu.
Turn off any option that blocks pop-ups.
