Troubleshooting Atlas Training Launch Issues
Pop-up blockers may stop training modules and documents from launching in Atlas.
Allowing pop-ups ensures all Atlas features work correctly on your mobile device.- Browser compatibility issues may also prevent training from launching.
The Atlas mobile app does not support completing training courses; use a browser instead.
How to Allow Pop-Ups on Mobile Browsers
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down and tap Safari.
Make sure the following settings are turned off:
Block All Pop-Ups
Block All Cookies
Prevent Cross-Site Tracking4. For Google Chrome: Tap the menu icon, go to Settings > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects, and ensure pop-ups are allowed.
