Assign Training to Multiple Users

  • Go to the main menu on the left and select Manage training.

  • Click Training courses and bundles.

  • If an employee does not appear in the employee list, switch to the 'User' list and search using their full name, including first, middle, and last names.

Assign a Course to Staff

  • Find the course you want to assign.

  • Click Actions and select Assign.

  • Choose who should receive the training:

  • Entire company

  • Specific departments

  • Specific sites

  • Selected users

  • If you pick a department or site, Atlas will send the training to everyone in that group.

  • To complete assigned training, employees must navigate in the Atlas portal to Dashboard > Your Area > Take Training > Launch.

  • Training courses cannot be accessed via the mobile app; users must log into the Atlas portal to complete their assigned training.

Invite Users to Retake Training

  • To ask users to take the training again (even if they have already passed), select Invite people again.

  • Use the "Don't invite people if they have already passed" setting to ensure only those who still need the training are invited.

View Who Has Received Training

  • To see which employees have already been assigned the training:

  • Click Actions.

  • Select View Trainees.

  • Regularly verify and update trainee lists to ensure assignments are correct and visible.

Common Causes of Training Visibility Issues

  1. Display or Loading Issues: Training courses may not appear correctly because of cached data or browser extensions interfering with Atlas.

  2. Incomplete User Profiles or Permissions: If an assigned training is missing from an employee’s dashboard or reports, an incomplete user profile might be the cause.

  3. Course Naming Discrepancies: Specific courses may appear under alternative names depending on the view or configuration in Atlas.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

1. Browser Caching and Loading Errors

  • Log into Atlas via an incognito or private window in Google Chrome. This disables extensions and uses fresh cache data to ensure an up-to-date view.

  • Steps to open an incognito window:

    1. Open Google Chrome.

    2. Click the three-dot menu icon in the upper-right corner.

    3. Select "New Incognito Window."

  • Use the incognito window to log in and check if the trainings appear accurately.

2. Verifying and Completing User Profiles

  • Ensure the assigned employee’s profile in Atlas is fully completed:

    1. Navigate to Employee/Workers > Manage.

    2. Open the relevant employee record.

    3. Verify all required fields in the profile are filled.

    4. Save changes and reassign the training bundle.

  • Once the above is completed, the training should properly appear in dashboards and reports.

3. Locating Specific Training Courses

  • For specific courses like First Aid Level 3 Plus (or its replacement):

    1. Switch to List View where alternative course names (e.g., “First Aid Essential”) may appear.

    2. Log out and back into Atlas to refresh assigned courses.

    3. Go to Actions > View Trainees to verify training assignments.

    4. If unassigned, use Actions > Assign to reassign the course.

    5. Verify user access permissions in Employees > Manage > [Select user] > Administration tab. Ensure the "Grant Access to Atlas" checkbox is enabled.

  • If training still does not appear, assign the course using Actions > Assign and have users log out and back in to refresh their view.

  • Verify the user's Atlas access is enabled by navigating to Employees > Manage > View (pink eye icon) > Administration tab and checking the "Grant access to Atlas" option.
