Common Causes of Training Visibility Issues
Display or Loading Issues: Training courses may not appear correctly because of cached data or browser extensions interfering with Atlas.
Incomplete User Profiles or Permissions: If an assigned training is missing from an employee’s dashboard or reports, an incomplete user profile might be the cause.
Course Naming Discrepancies: Specific courses may appear under alternative names depending on the view or configuration in Atlas.
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
1. Browser Caching and Loading Errors
Log into Atlas via an incognito or private window in Google Chrome. This disables extensions and uses fresh cache data to ensure an up-to-date view.
Steps to open an incognito window:
Open Google Chrome.
Click the three-dot menu icon in the upper-right corner.
Select "New Incognito Window."
Use the incognito window to log in and check if the trainings appear accurately.
2. Verifying and Completing User Profiles
Ensure the assigned employee’s profile in Atlas is fully completed:
Navigate to Employee/Workers > Manage.
Open the relevant employee record.
Verify all required fields in the profile are filled.
Save changes and reassign the training bundle.
Once the above is completed, the training should properly appear in dashboards and reports.
3. Locating Specific Training Courses
For specific courses like First Aid Level 3 Plus (or its replacement):
Switch to List View where alternative course names (e.g., “First Aid Essential”) may appear.
Log out and back into Atlas to refresh assigned courses.
Go to Actions > View Trainees to verify training assignments.
If unassigned, use Actions > Assign to reassign the course.
Verify user access permissions in Employees > Manage > [Select user] > Administration tab. Ensure the "Grant Access to Atlas" checkbox is enabled.
If training still does not appear, assign the course using
Actions > Assignand have users log out and back in to refresh their view.Verify the user's Atlas access is enabled by navigating to
Employees > Manage > View (pink eye icon) > Administration taband checking the "Grant access to Atlas" option.
