Why You Need to Allow Pop-Ups
Pop-up blockers may stop training modules and documents from launching in Atlas.
Allowing pop-ups ensures all Atlas features work correctly on your mobile device.
How to Allow Pop-Ups on Android Devices
Open the Google Chrome app on your device.
Tap the More button (three dots) in the top right corner.
Tap Settings.
Tap Site Settings.
Tap Pop-ups and Redirects.
Turn pop-ups on (allow them).
Next Steps
After following these steps, reload your Atlas training. Your modules and documents should now open without issues.
