Your Unique Advice Number and Pin
Your advice number is personal to you – it allows us to quickly identify you and access your previous advice records. For your security, please keep this number confidential and do not share it with anyone.
By clicking the advice number icon, you can manage your advice pin:
Click the eye icon to view your current pin (the default is 1234 if you haven’t changed it yet).
Use the ‘Change Advice Pin’ button at the bottom of the screen to set a new pin.
You must update your pin at least once before contacting the helpline – this ensures your pin remains private and secure.
Treat your advice pin like a password and never share it with anyone.
How to Call the Advice Line
When you call the Advice Line on 0345 234 0404:
Select the service you require (Health & Safety or Employment Law).
Enter your advice number and your 4-digit pin when prompted.
If your details match our records and you are listed as an active advice user, you’ll be connected to one of our advisers.
Troubleshooting
If you can’t see your advice number, please check with your company’s service owner to ensure you have the correct permissions.
