How do I remove a user in Atlas?

Removing a user from the Atlas Platform

  1. Find the user in the Users section.

  2. In the Actions column next to their name, click View/Edit User Details.

  3. Click Archive User at the top of the user details page.

  4. By archiving, the user’s access is removed, and they will not receive further notifications. This process is also essential to resolve conflicts that may arise when adding new employees who already exist in the system as archived users.

If you encounter an issue where a person cannot be added as a new employee because they already exist in the Users section, follow these steps to resolve the conflict:

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Company > Users.

  2. Locate the conflicted individual in the Users section.

  3. In the Actions column next to their name, click View/Edit User Details.

  4. At the top of the user details page, select Archive User.

  5. Once archived, you can proceed to add the individual as a new employee.
