You can tailor each profile to match your employees’ actual working days and hours.
How to Set Working Days
Use the toggle buttons for each day of the week.
Mark a day as “working” if employees are expected to work.
Mark a day as “non-working” if employees are not expected to work.
Non-working days cannot be booked for holidays or absences.
How to Set Working Hours
For each working day, enter the start and end times.
These hours determine how holidays and absences are calculated.
For example, if you set 9am–5pm, a full day’s absence will reflect these hours.
Handling Exceptions
If an employee occasionally works a day that is usually non-working (e.g., some Saturdays), mark the day as working in the profile.
You can later adjust for exceptions using individual absence requests.
