Create a custom working day profile if your employees have unique work patterns, such as part-time, shift work, or flexible schedules.
Steps to Create a Custom Profile
Go to the Profiles Section
Navigate to:
Company > Non-Working Days & Bank Holidays Profiles
Start a New Profile
Find the section labelled “Custom non-working days and bank holiday profiles.”
Click Add to create a new profile.
Name and Describe the Profile
Enter a clear profile name and description.
Set Working Days
Use the toggle buttons for each day (Monday–Sunday) to mark working and non-working days.
Set Working Hours
For each working day, enter the start and end times.
Add Bank Holidays and Additional Non-Working Days
Manually add any bank holidays or extra non-working days needed.
Save the Profile
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
