What You Need to Know
If you use Rotas and Workforce Management you no longer need to complete a manual “Year-End” process in Atlas. Your holiday year closes automatically, and any carry-over is managed for you.
How the Automated Process Works
Automatic Year-End Closure:
At the end of your holiday year, your R & WFM software closes the current year’s holiday records for you.Holiday Carry-Over:
Any eligible holidays are automatically carried over to the new year, based on your settings.Balance Updates:
Your holiday balances update across the system without any manual steps.No Action Required:
You and your team do not need to press any buttons or complete any steps. The process is fully automated.
What’s Different from Before?
Old Process:
You used to press a “Year-End” button in Atlas to:Close the current holiday year
Start holiday carry-over for the new year
New Process:
For R & WFM customers, this step is now removed. The system handles everything automatically.
