How do I upload employee's in bulk to Atlas?

Add multiple employees into Atlas with simple upload

Uploading multiple employees or workers to Atlas is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Employee Management Section

  • From your Dashboard, select Employees/Workers.

  • Click Manage.

2. Start the Import Process

  • Click the Actions button (next to the Add Employee/Worker button).

  • Select Import Employee Data.

3. Download and Complete the Template

  • Download the provided template. It includes instructions.

  • Enter your staff information into the template.

  • Save the completed file on your computer.

4. Import Your Data

  • Click Browse and select your saved file.

  • Click Import and then Add.

5. Fix Any Errors

  • If there are missing details or mistakes, Atlas will highlight them.

  • Correct the errors in your file.

  • Re-upload the corrected file and click Add again.
