How do I cancel an employees holiday?

Updating a holiday request on behalf of your employee

Managers can cancel an approved holiday on behalf of an employee by following these steps:

  • Via the Dashboard:
    Go to Dashboard > Review Requests, filter by employee name and status, then select Actions > Decline.

  • Via Employee Management:
    Navigate to Employees/Workers > Manage > Employee View > Holidays and Absence, then select Actions > Decline.

Adjust the filters as needed to locate the relevant holiday request.

Once declined, the holiday duration will be automatically returned to the employee’s entitlement balance.
