How do I update an employees holiday?

How managers can review, amend, and approve employee holiday requests

Managers can amend or approve holiday requests on behalf of employees when needed. There are two ways to do this:

  • Via the Dashboard:


    Go to Dashboard > Review Requests under ‘Company Time Off’, filter by employee name and status (e.g. pending), then select Actions > Approve/Amend.

  • Via Employee Management:
    Navigate to Employees/Workers > Manage > Employee View > Holidays and Absence, then select Actions > Amend/Approve. Make any necessary changes and click Approve.

Tip:
Adjust the filters as needed to locate the correct holiday request, depending on its approval status.
