Managers can amend or approve holiday requests on behalf of employees when needed. There are two ways to do this:
Via the Dashboard:
Go to Dashboard > Review Requests under ‘Company Time Off’, filter by employee name and status (e.g. pending), then select Actions > Approve/Amend.Via Employee Management:
Navigate to Employees/Workers > Manage > Employee View > Holidays and Absence, then select Actions > Amend/Approve. Make any necessary changes and click Approve.
Tip:
Adjust the filters as needed to locate the correct holiday request, depending on its approval status.
