How do I view and manage completed checklists in Atlas?

Efficiently managing and reviewing checklists is crucial to leveraging Atlas for your Health & Safety tasks. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to view completed checklist submissions and manage reports.

Viewing Completed Checklist Submissions

To access the answers provided by your team members in completed checklists:

  1. Navigate to Health & Safety > Checklist.

  2. Switch to the Complete/Incomplete view.

  3. Locate the checklist you are interested in, click on the three dots (), and select View.

  4. If you do not see the expected submissions or only the templates appear, adjust the filter by switching from My checklists to All. This change ensures that you can view team submissions.

This step reveals detailed submissions and allows you to review completed checklists, such as safety inspections or employee medical history forms.

Managing and Exporting Checklist Reports

Currently, Atlas does not offer built-in reporting for checklists. However, you can still manage and analyse checklist data effectively:

  • Use the Checklist page to filter between Completed and Incomplete checklists.

  • Apply additional filters as needed to narrow down submissions.

  • Export the displayed checklist data and generate reports externally if required. This workaround allows you to customise reports based on your specific needs.

Using Filters Effectively

Filters are a powerful tool for managing checklist submissions. To optimise your experience:

  • Adjust filters between My checklists and All to view different types of submissions.

  • Combine filters with the Complete/Incomplete view to quickly locate the required information.

By using the filters strategically, you can access and review relevant checklist data for diverse organisational purposes.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and review checklists within Atlas. While certain features like built-in reporting may be unavailable, leveraging filters and exporting data allows you to fulfil reporting needs.
