To cancel a holiday request:
Go to My Area (in the navigation bar on the left hand side) and select Time Off.
Find and click on the holiday you want to cancel.
Click the Actions button and select Cancel from the dropdown menu.
Submit your cancellation request.
Note: After submitting the cancellation request, its status will remain 'Pending' until your manager approves it.
Please note: Your manager must approve the cancellation before the holiday allowance is returned to your entitlement. If you need to resubmit holiday days, you can do so through the 'My Area > Time off' section. You can either amend the existing entry or cancel and submit a new request, providing flexibility in managing your holiday plans. Once approved, the canceled holiday days will be removed from your dashboard, ensuring it reflects only active and pending requests. However, a historical record of the cancellation remains accessible to your manager for reference.
