Cancelling a holiday request

To cancel a holiday request:

  • Go to My Area (in the navigation bar on the left hand side) and select Time Off.

  • Find and click on the holiday you want to cancel.

  • Click the Actions button and select Cancel from the dropdown menu.

  • Submit your cancellation request.

  • Note: After submitting the cancellation request, its status will remain 'Pending' until your manager approves it.

Please note: Your manager must approve the cancellation before the holiday allowance is returned to your entitlement. If you need to resubmit holiday days, you can do so through the 'My Area > Time off' section. You can either amend the existing entry or cancel and submit a new request, providing flexibility in managing your holiday plans. Once approved, the canceled holiday days will be removed from your dashboard, ensuring it reflects only active and pending requests. However, a historical record of the cancellation remains accessible to your manager for reference.
