Uploading a Document
Go to Your Area > Documents > Company Documents.
Choose the folder where you want to upload your document.
Click Add Document.
A slide-out panel appears. Enter a title for your document.
Select a category. The category decides which folder the document will be saved in. This helps you distribute it to the right employees.
Distributing a Document
After uploading, click Actions > Distribute.
Choose which employees should receive the document.
Setting Document Expiry and Notifications
You can set an expiry date for the document.
Choose to receive a notification a set number of days before the document expires.
Supported File Types and Size Limit
You can upload these file types:
.pdf
.doc
.ppt
.xlsx
.webp
.jfif
.png
.mp4
The maximum file size you can upload is 156MB (current system configuration).
