How do I add an absence type to the pre-set list?

Atlas offers a comprehensive range of pre-set absence types and sub-types. We recommend reviewing these options to ensure they meet your business needs. If you require custom absence types specific to your organisation, you can easily add them to the system.

To add a new absence type:

  • Go to Employees/Workers > Absence Types > Add Absence Type.

From here, you can:

  • Name your new absence type

  • Assign a code

  • Add multiple sub-types

This allows you to tailor absence reporting for greater accuracy and relevance to your business.
